EQuAlly is operated by Vereva GmbH, based in Zurich, Switzerland. We are the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website and the EQuAlly platform.

We collect your name, email address, and whether you are a finance professional or hiring manager. We use this to contact you about the EQuAlly platform and to manage our waitlist. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
For candidates, we collect profile information including your professional experience, skills, career preferences, and the results of your expert calibration interview. For companies, we collect contact details and role requirements. This information is used to create your Career Journey profile and to match candidates with companies. The legal basis is the performance of our service.
If you are a hiring manager invited to provide post-interview feedback, we collect your responses via Tally. This data is used solely to improve the accuracy of candidate profiles on the platform. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining the quality of our service.
Candidate profiles are anonymous by default. Companies can see your Career Journey, your skills, experience and career direction, but not your name or personal identifying details until you choose to engage with them. You remain in control of who can identify you at all times.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We share data only with the following service providers, who process it on our behalf:
All third-party providers are contractually bound to process your data only as instructed by us and in accordance with applicable data protection law.
All infrastructure used by EQuAlly is hosted within the European Union. No personal data is transferred outside the EU or Switzerland in the course of our normal operations.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide our services. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it.
Waitlist data is kept until you ask to be removed or until we have contacted you about joining the platform.
